Better Loot Table V2

Mod that changes the loot tables and some crafting recipes in order to make scrap more enjoyable and overall much less grind. Works on version 0.6.5 (finally) CONTENT: - Tweaked drops from harvestables - More refined material - Better loot crates and bot drops I'm not providing any clues to what really changed, have fun finding out yourself.
