IMC-SPAA-5 Argun — a mobile medium-range surface-to-air missile system. Designed to protect maneuvering combat units, troop assembly areas, and stationary installations against a wide spectrum of aerial threats. A battery consists of a command-and-radar vehicle and launcher units; the maximum number of launchers per battery is three. The system is capable of engaging maneuvering aerial targets, including aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles (including small-sized types), as well as ballistic targets.
