Nexus Apocalypse Tank MK2
by Don Quixote
From 236 to 246 of the New Era, G.Corp and H.Corp waged a brutal decade-long war. The two sides fought prolonged seesaw battles in high-risk zones such as the Omega Forest, with both suffering catastrophic losses. This conflict made G.Corp acutely aware of the fatal flaws in its existing armored forces: while the Warlord Tank boasted heavy armor, it suffered from inflexible mobility; the Sledgehammer Tank excelled at anti-vehicle combat but lacked the ability to suppress clustered biological targets. In contrast, H.Corp’s S-class biological weapon—the Flesh God—and the bone-reinforced weapons of its genetically edited clone army could easily breach traditional armor defenses and even degrade tank combat effectiveness through biological corrosion. To completely reverse the stalemated and mutually ruinous war effort, while consolidating its military hegemony in the New Era, G.Corp launched the "Apocalypse Project." It assembled all military departments including the Armor Department (G.A.D), Firepower Department (G.F.D), and Remote Strike Department (G.R.S.D) for joint research and development. The goal was to create a super-heavy flagship tank integrating "overwhelming firepower, impenetrable defense, and strategic deterrence capability," aiming to fully overwhelm the biological weapons and armored forces of rival corporations.
