Adds a Throttle Controller that works with two buttons (gas + brake) to control engine speed like a real throttle. Connect Button 1 (gas) and Button 2 (brake/reverse) as parents, and bearings/engines as children. Wire the buttons to a Driver Seat for hotkey control.
