WIP This is the 2nd City tile i've been working on. Will continue to finish it once a few game bugs are fixed. Enjoy If parts do not appear, i have uploaded a couple of small tiles with all assets on them (Lord Pains and mine), so just place them out the way and that should bypass that bug and make assets appear :P
