ATFC - Wayfarer
Introducing the largest ATFC vehicle to date! (MAY2026) The ATFC - Wayfarer is truly in a class of its own as the only mobile over-land exploration facility in the ATFC garage. As the second installment of the ATFC - MASSIVE classification, this is in fact a massive improvement on the ATFC - Paladin's attempt at a big boi status. This vanilla (no mods) beast is 3 floors tall, not including the roof! WARNING: This vehicle is HUGE and VERY complex. if your computer is not able to handle complex and big builds... well, good luck this is as good as an 8 wheeled vehicle of this size gets. Trust me it's not easy to reduce lag on something like this. I tried. First Floor: Engineering and vehicle access ramps Second Floor: The bridge, Captains Quaters, First Officers Quaters, Security Officer's Quarters, Crew Quarters, and Bathrooms Third Floor: Laboratory, Medical Bay, Galley Roof: Sern Awning Deck, Raised Midship Deck, Bow Overlook Deck. Captains Drivers Seat: 1 - Drive Assist 2 - Up thrust kill switch 3 - Down thrust activation switch 4 - Extra forward thrust 5 - Exterior Lights First Officer's Seat: 1 - Drive Assist 2 - Up thrust kill switch 3 - Down thrust activation switch 4 - Extra forward thrust 5 - Exterior Lights NOTES: - Has a becon in case you lose it. - For the Driver's assist to work, the Captains Chair must initiate the direction of travel (W for forwards or S for backwards but be warned that S is very weak in comparison to W). - This vehicle was designed with the idea that you could activate Drive Assist, hit W, and then just let it drive forward while you explore the space. In this state it travels just between a walk and a sprint and can handle most terrain. So if you fall out, just catch up and hop back in! - If you need extra speed/forward thrust, adding button 4 into the mix will make it slightly faster than a sprint and will allow it to go over most hills. SPECIAL THANKS TO: - JJplays07 Who designed the wheels. JJ Posted these wheels as a part of a size variety pack on the workshop named "(NO MOD) Wheel Pack". These are the largest size in that pack and are quite smooth for their size. I recommend these wheels if you plan on making something this large. They are light weight, smooth as you can get them, and have a customizable center point which allows stearing to be center balanced within the wheel. (This is a game changer for big buids). - David Baguetta Who designed the kitchen appliances. David posted these appliances as a part of a variety kitchen setup pack on the workshop with the name "Kitchen Furnature". This is honestly one of the best kitchen sets I've ever seen on the workshop (no surprise considering who designed it!) - All you who subscribed to this project! This took me almost a month to build, and was a labor of love. I really enjoyed this project, so thank you to everyone who gave it the time of day! PS: If you liked this one, give it a rating on steam! :D Enjoy! ~TheOrignialMrWiggle
